You can return your shower or spare part within ten working days of receipt of goods, as long as they are unused.

A full refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item is faulty (please contact us before returning a faulty or damaged item, see below for details), was sent to you in error, or a substitute product was received.

What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?
If you experience a fault with your shower or spare part please call us for advice on 01959 560003. All of our customer service representatives have full technical training and will be able to help diagnose the problem. We will then be able to recommend a solution, organise for a spare part or replacement, or organise for a service engineer to fix the fault as appropriate.
